Commission: 50-50% on sale or rent
Salary: No fixed salary (commission-based)
Visa: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Expertise: Specialize in villas and plots, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them find their dream properties.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Sales and Rentals: Facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients and the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record in sales and rentals, particularly with villas and plots.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
